Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to the Relentless Runway website and, where incorporated into an order, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, the services supplied by Ernesto Leal Isla Zamora, trading as Relentless Runway. Services are offered exclusively to businesses, self-employed professionals, and persons acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity.
Contract formation
Website content and strategy calls are invitations to discuss services and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed when the parties sign or otherwise accept a proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement.
Services
Depending on the agreed scope, services may include strategy, advertising support, landing pages and funnels, CRM setup, lead qualification, AI-assisted follow-up or calling, email/SMS/WhatsApp workflows, calendar booking, reminders, no-show recovery, receptionist scripts, staff procedures, tracking, and related implementation or advisory work.
Client responsibilities
The client remains responsible for its clinic, offers, pricing, advertising claims, patient communications, professional obligations, staffing, clinical decisions, and compliance with all laws and platform policies applicable to its activities.
Performance guarantees
Where performance guarantees are offered, the exact terms, conditions, and activation metrics will be defined in the applicable service agreement. Guarantees depend on the client meeting agreed minimum requirements.
Intellectual property
Site materials are owned by Relentless Runway. Client deliverables are defined in the proposal or statement of work. The client retains ownership of their data, clinic assets, and pre-existing brand materials.
Limitation of liability
Relentless Runway's total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Relentless Runway is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Schweinfurt, Germany.
